Kuzi Ramen

Kuzi Ramen is a small Japanese ramen shop at the end of Haeridan-gil in Haeundae. Its abura soba is thick, chewy noodles tossed in chili oil and sauce with no broth, and the short menu adds a clear, salt-based shio ramen and a limited bowl, announced on Instagram, that changes regularly. The L-shaped counter seats only about ten. Orders go through a kiosk, lines form around midday and ingredients can sell out early.
