Shoten

Shoten is a Japanese ramen shop in Buk-gu, Busan, 5 minutes from Exit 3 of Deokcheon Station. The bar-style room seats about 9, and the menu centers on Yokohama-style ramen and mazesoba, noodles mixed without broth, plus seasonal and limited-edition dishes. The spicy karai mazesoba comes with egg, vegetables and seasoned minced pork, and free rice and garlic are given to mix into the leftover sauce. Lines are common at dinner.
