Yeouido Park

Yeouido Park, on Yeouido Island, was once an airport. It has four sections: the Traditional Korean Forest with native trees and pavilions, Culture Square for performances, Grass Square for picnics, and Nature's Ecosystem Forest with wetlands. The park hosts the annual Spring Flower Festival, when 1,886 cherry trees form a 6km pink tunnel along Yunjung-ro behind the National Assembly Building. There are also cycling paths, bike rentals, playgrounds and ponds with wooden bridges, and Yeouido and Yeouinaru stations are close.
