Renge is a small ramen shop in Sinchon, run by a single chef who cooks alone. The ramen has a chicken-based broth and comes topped with chashu and sous-vide chicken breast, and noodle refills and rice are free and unlimited. Crispy karaage is on the menu too. The shop is off the main streets.
