Mugen Switch is an Iekei-style ramen shop located in the ramen alley of Yeonnam-dong. Its pork bone and soy sauce broth is a gentler take on the style, and diners choose the noodle firmness, oil level and saltiness. Each bowl has thick, square-cut handmade noodles topped with spinach, nori and house-made chashu, and the full-topping option (11,000 won) adds menma bamboo shoots, green onions and extra chashu. There is also a chashu rice bowl.
