Hakuten Ramen

Hakuten Ramen is a basement shop in Yeonnam-dong that serves Yokohama-style Iekei ramen. The broth is pork and chicken stock with soy sauce, and you choose its saltiness, the firmness of the noodles and the amount of oil. Thick, chewy homemade noodles come topped with chashu, spinach and nori. There is a queue most days, so meals are limited to 40 minutes, and rice to finish the bowl is free.
