Poga is a Chinese restaurant in Yeonnam-dong, in the Hongdae-Yeonnam area, with a modern take on Shandong cooking. The best-known dishes are marinated beef brisket jjamppong (차돌짬뽕), garlic stem noodles (마늘쫑면) and crispy sweet-and-sour pork dumplings (깐풍군만두). The broths are pork-based, unlike typical Korean-Chinese restaurants. The room has glass walls, prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the line can mean a 2-hour wait.
