Hyeongje Bunsik is a small Korean-Chinese eatery in Mapo whose main dish is glutinous rice sweet and sour pork. Bite-sized pieces of pork get a glutinous rice batter, which makes them chewy and crunchy, and are fried twice before going into a sweet-tangy sauce. The room looks like a neighborhood bunshik shop from the 80s. Families eat here, and prices are low.
