Tokyo Bingsu is a bingsu (Korean shaved ice) cafe near the market in Mangwon, behind a bright red door. The flavors are Japanese-inspired. The best-known bowl is tomato bingsu, topped with sweet tomato syrup and black pepper. Matcha, strawberry mascarpone and seasonal fruit versions are also on the menu, all made with fine, fluffy ice.
