WaoukkeutJip is a small aged sashimi (숙성회) restaurant in Hongdae, a 5-minute walk from Exit 6 of Hongdae Station. The fish is aged to concentrate its flavor, and the slices are thick and chewy. Aged sashimi sets cost 60,000 won for 2 people and 90,000 won for 3, and there are aged sashimi maki rolls as well. Seats are limited, so reservations are needed.
