EuljiMyeonok is a Uijeongbu-style Pyongyang naengmyeon (cold noodle) restaurant in Jongno-gu with 37 years of history. It reopened in 2024 in a 5-story building after a two-year closure for redevelopment. The buckwheat noodles are very mild, topped with red pepper flakes. Boiled pork and handmade mung bean pancakes are served alongside.
