Buwon Naengmyeon

Buwon Naengmyeon has served cold buckwheat noodles in an alley of Geumnam Market, near Geumho Station, since the 1960s. Unlike most naengmyeon places, it makes its tangy broth from pork, with natural sweetness from onion skins. Prices are low and portions are generous. Locals line up at lunch, and the sides include spicy pork (jeyuk muchim) and crispy mung bean pancakes (bindaeddeok).
