PAZAC

PAZAC is a sandwich shop in Jongno-gu, beside Cheonggyecheon Stream and a 3-minute walk from Jonggak Station. The building has a red facade. Sandwiches are made with Neapolitan-style fermented dough and baked to order in a wood-fired oven at over 400°C; the menu includes the RTM (arugula, tomato, mozzarella) and the Jambon with truffle honey butter, made with ham, butter and truffle. Guests eat on the outdoor terrace or take their sandwiches for a picnic along the Cheonggyecheon walkway.
