HDD Pizza ("Have a Delicious Day") is a pizzeria near Seoul Forest in Seongsu, set in a converted factory with exposed brick walls, orange accents and floor-to-ceiling windows. The handmade New York-style crust is thick and chewy. A half-and-half pizza of truffle potato with hash browns and pepperoni costs around 25,000 won, and there is craft beer. Dough is limited each day, the counter shows how many are left, and there are waits on weekends.
