Xiaobao Beef Noodles Jongro

Xiaobao Beef Noodles Jongro serves Lanzhou-style beef noodle soup in Jong-ro. Its 50-year-old secret broth recipe and hand-pulled noodle techniques were learned directly from chefs in Lanzhou, and each bowl follows the "five elements": clear broth, white radish, red chili oil, green scallions and yellow noodles. Noodles come in eight thicknesses and are pulled in the open kitchen. The beef is braised for over 12 hours with 20 kinds of Chinese herbs, and the menu also has Sichuan mala dishes and crispy sweet-and-sour eggplant.
