Tap Shop Bar Cheonggyecheon is a wine bar in the basement of the Seoul Tourism Organization building. There are over 80 wine taps and more than 1,000 bottles, with entry-level wines as well as grand cru, to taste, drink here or take away. There is no corkage fee. The idea is casual, European-style wine drinking with automated dispensers, and staff give personal wine recommendations to go with fresh oysters and small plates.
