Matsudo

Matsudo is a ramen shop in Gijang, near IKEA and Lotte Premium Outlet East Busan. The counter seats face an open kitchen, and the menu has three items: classic miso ramen in a rich soybean paste broth, a spicy kara-miso, and brothless abura soba with thick noodles in a savory sauce. Sides include housemade shrimp dumplings and a rice side topped with meat, which is turned into soup-rice at the end. Weekend waits of 30 minutes or more are common.
