Heuksong Udon Soba

Heuksong Udon Soba's Songjeong main store is an udon and soba restaurant at Songjeong Beach, run by a hotel-trained Japanese chef. Its best-known bowl is burdock tempura udon, topped with four large crisp pieces, in a kelp and shiitake broth, and futomaki rolls are also on the menu. Bowls cost 5,000 to 7,000 won. People queue for the window seats, which look out over the sea, and the restaurant has Blue Ribbon recognition.
