Jangteosundaeguk

Jangteosundaeguk, on Segeomjeong-ro in Hongje-dong, Seodaemun-gu, opened in 1982 and has served sundae-guk (Korean blood sausage soup) to locals for over 40 years. The family running it uses only head meat and handmade blood sausages, with no organ meat. Simmered from beef bones for hours, the broth is clean and mild. The menu is short.
