Cheom Beong

Cheom Beong is an aged sashimi restaurant in Gwangalli. The seasonal fish is cut thick, and platters hold salmon, amberjack, flounder and, in season, yellowtail. They come with Korean side dishes, grilled fish, tempura, sushi rice and even instant ramen. There is often a wait at peak hours, and the restaurant takes its waiting list through Catch Table.
