Sun Gobchang

Sun Gobchang is a pork gopchang (intestine) restaurant in the Nonhyeon food alley by Yeongdong Market, near Sinnonhyeon Station Exit 3. Two dishes lead: gopchang jeongol, a hotpot in rich broth with the house spice paste (from 35,000 won), and yachae gopchang stir-fried with vegetables (from 15,000 won, also spicy or mala); the shop says its pork is 100% Korean. Fried rice (4,000 won) is the usual finish. Sides include makchang and the rare dolaechang; lunch brings gopchang gukbap (10,000 won) and set meals (12,000 won), and groups can book.
