Soinsu Seoul

Soinsu Seoul is a Korean beef gopchang (intestine) barbecue restaurant in Seongsu that started out as a Busan restaurant. Every guest gets a visitor number printed on the table mat. Hanwoo intestines, tripe and heart are grilled first in the kitchen and finished at the table on an induction grill with fresh vegetables; the mixed gopchang platter is 29,000 won, and the side dishes and sauces are made in house. The name is a math pun meaning prime factorization that can also be read as a person's hand taking apart a cow.
