Best Makchang

Best Makchang is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Gwanak-gu. It grills fresh, not frozen, Daegu-style pork makchang (pork large intestine) over charcoal briquettes, and the rest of the menu is beef makchang, pork belly and chicken feet. Because the makchang arrives raw, you can call about 10 minutes ahead and they will start grilling, and ramen comes free afterward. It is about a 4-minute walk from Seoul National University Station Exit 6, and with only about six tables, waits of 30 minutes or more are common at peak hours.
