Sinpungru Gopchang Gui

Sinpungru Gopchang Gui is a 50-year-old family-run restaurant in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu, near Bongil Market on Euncheon-ro 2-gil. It began as a Chinese restaurant and kept the name. The only dish is a gopchang platter of hanwoo small and large intestines, heart and tripe, 30,000 won for two, which arrives pre-grilled and is finished at the table. Kimchi is the one side dish, guests may bring instant ramen from nearby convenience stores, and the grill splatters oil.
