Daepo Makchang is a grilled intestine (makchang and gopchang) restaurant in Mapo-gu. Chewy beef or pork intestines are grilled over charcoal and dipped in special sauces. Soju goes with them. At the end of the meal, fried rice is cooked in the fat left by the intestines.
