Brillo

Brillo is a natural wine bar on a second floor in Seongsu, near Seoul Forest. The owner chooses the wines, served by the glass or bottle, and the kitchen makes dishes such as char-grilled bulgogi jjapaguri and baked brie cheese. There are communal tables, free herbed water and freshly baked nuts, and wine chillers in pouches that stop condensation.
