Seogwanmyeonog

Seogwanmyeonog is a modern Pyongyang naengmyeon restaurant near Gyodae Station. Its 100% buckwheat noodles are made from buckwheat ground fresh every day and served in a Korean beef broth made from cattle slaughtered within three days. Handmade dumplings and crispy mung bean pancakes are also on the menu. It has been listed in the Blue Ribbon Survey five years in a row, and waits can last an hour.
