Narang Gimbap

Narang Gimbap is a small gimbap shop with a yellow sign on the ground floor at the back of the Mujigae shopping center, on Saimdang-ro in Seocho-dong. The owner is a former food journalist and sommelier. Rolls include Arles gimbap with sun-dried tomato, gouda and olives, tuna with perilla-leaf pesto, hot chicken burger, Philly cheesesteak and tteokbokki gimbap, plus seasonal specials, mostly 8,000 to 18,000 won, with wine and champagne. The space is small, so groups should book ahead; guest chefs hold collaboration events on some Sundays, and the shop's Instagram is @narangseoul.
