Geodae Gomtang is the Seoul branch of a Busan gomtang (beef bone soup) restaurant, in a basement near Gangnam Station in Seocho-gu. The main dish is the 'thick and rich milky gomtang', a bone broth simmered for hours until it turns dense and rich in collagen. Diners can add fresh garlic, scallions and mentaiko (cod roe) to change the flavor.
