SeochoDong Yeonga Sadang

SeochoDong Yeonga, near Sadang Station, is a Korean raw beef restaurant serving hanwoo yukhoe (beef tartare) and yuksashimi (raw beef slices). The beef comes with a homemade sauce whose recipe is kept secret, and locals have been coming back for over 15 years. The sashimi is known for its "marble" and "smashed" cuts. Muksabal, a cold acorn jelly soup, and beef bone broth come free on the side, and it is a common second-round stop for soju.
