Helmut Coffee Roasters is a spacious two-story cafe near Sadang Station Exit 11, with floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed concrete ceilings and minimal metal furniture. It is known for its einspanner "Mafia", made with either milk or water. The einspanners use fresh dairy cream rather than vegetable cream, and the syrups are made in house with unrefined sugar. There are also specialty filter coffees and seasonal fruit cakes.
