Sake Bar Moot

Sake Bar Moot is a sake bar in Millak-dong, Busan, with a long list of premium Japanese sake (nihonshu) that includes rare bottles from across Japan. Bartenders mix drinks in front of the counter seats. Food includes fresh sashimi, charcoal-grilled kinmedai (golden eye snapper), small plates and seasonal dishes, and staff suggest pairings. Ordering alcohol is required, and only sake, wine and whiskey are served, so there is no Korean soju or domestic beer.
