Roramen

Roramen is a Japanese ramen shop in Mullae Creative Village, a former industrial area where artists now work. It is known for a very thick, creamy tonkotsu broth. The two main bowls are Gyokai Tonkotsu, pork bone soup with fish powder, and Mazesoba, soupless mixed noodles, both layered with garlic, oils and sansho pepper. The room is cramped and steamy, queues are long, and portions are generous, with marinated eggs.
