Kissk is a speakeasy-style neighborhood cocktail bar in a quiet residential alley of Eunpyeong-gu, run by the 2019 Asia Campari Bartender Champion. Its name, 기슭, means riverside or the foot of a mountain. The cocktails take ideas from local landmarks such as Bukhansan Mountain and Yeonseo Market, and pair Italian aperitivo style with Korean ingredients. Bar food is sundae (blood sausage), with free puffed rice crackers and childhood Korean snacks served in baskets.
