About this place

Kim Soo-young Literary Museum in Dobong-gu is dedicated to the poet Kim Soo-young (1921-1968), who wrote about liberty and resistance in Korea's modern history. It shows his handwritten manuscripts, belongings and a recreation of his study, and in an interactive space visitors can write verses from his favorite words. Poetry readings and humanities lectures are held regularly. Nearby are Wondang Spring, which has flowed for 600 years, the tombs of Prince Yeonsan and Princess Jeongui, and hiking trails to Dobongsan Mountain.
