About this place
Jamsil Sports Complex in Songpa-gu hosted the 1988 Seoul Olympics and covers 400,000㎡ next to Sports Complex Station. Its 70,000-seat Olympic Stadium was designed after the curves of traditional Korean porcelain. Jamsil Baseball Stadium is home to two teams, and during the March-to-October season fans eat fried chicken, drink beer and cheer in unison with the cheerleaders. The 11,000-capacity Jamsil Arena has hosted BTS and Olivia Rodrigo, and the complex also holds international concerts and professional basketball games.
