Hani Noodle (Hani Kalguksu) is a noodle restaurant in Sindang-dong, 2 minutes from Sindang Station. The main dish is Algoni Kalguksu: chewy hand-cut wheat noodles in a red, spicy broth full of pollack roe and milt, known as a hangover cure. It was founded by the people behind three Seoul barbecue restaurants. Beyond the noodles, Hani Bossam (boiled pork wraps) comes with side dishes.
