Gyeryu-gwan

Gyeryu-gwan is a chicken restaurant in Sindang Central Market, run by chef Cheon Kwan-woong of the yakitori restaurant Kosun. The main dish is a whole chicken smoked over oak and stuffed with glutinous rice, mushrooms, garlic and ginkgo nuts. Lines are long. Beyond the smoked chicken, the menu has chicken gizzard and scallion tempura, chicken pancakes made from different parts, and meat miso naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles).
