About this place
Myeon Seoul is a casual noodle restaurant in Apgujeong Rodeo from Kim Do-yoon, the Michelin-starred chef of Yun Seoul. Its best-known bowl is perilla oil noodles (들기름면), made in-house from organic whole wheat, mung beans and white beans. The flavor is nutty and delicate. The chef's focus on fermentation and aging comes through here without the formality of fine dining.
