Gayang Kalguksu is a spicy mushroom hot pot restaurant in the basement of the Hongwoo Building in Yeouido. Chewy mushrooms and thick handmade noodles cook in a spicy broth that deepens as it simmers, and vegetables, noodles and rice are refilled free. The meal ends with fried rice made in the leftover broth. It is popular with office workers for the large portions and fair prices.
