The Mungtigi Yeouido

The Mungtigi Yeouido is a branch of a mungtigi franchise in Yeongdeungpo-gu. Mungtigi is Daegu-style raw Korean beef, cut thick into thumb-sized chunks instead of the fine strips of yukhoe (beef tartare), and dipped in sesame oil, garlic and coarse red pepper powder. Under the chain's "same-day trilogy", the beef is slaughtered, delivered and served on the same day. Lunch sets bring yukhoe bibimbap and blood sausage soup, and mungtigi platters are served in the evening.
