Dongdaemun Dakhanmari is a dakhanmari (chicken soup) restaurant in Gangnam-gu. A whole chicken comes to the table bubbling in a hot pot with garlic, scallions and potatoes. The chicken is dipped in a soy-mustard sauce, and afterwards hand-cut noodles (kalguksu) are cooked in the broth. It is an affordable meal.
