HorumonKyusang

HorumonKyusang is a Japanese-style yakiniku restaurant in Nonhyeon-dong, opened in 2019 by Chef Han Seong-il, formerly of Ushiya. It specializes in beef tongue, wagyu, rare cuts and offal, prepared with Japanese techniques and grilled over charcoal. The thick-cut beef tongue is the house specialty. Sake and whisky are on the drinks list, and seating is limited to a few counter seats and tables.
