Izakaya Sai is a Japanese gastropub in a back alley off Garosu-gil, run by two chefs who are sake sommeliers and have been friends for 27 years. Seating is at the counter only, facing the open kitchen. The menu has sashimi platters, small plates and a long sake list. The dish they are known for is the Uni Ikura Tuna Maki, topped with sea urchin and salmon roe.
