Gangwonjeong is a samgyetang (chicken ginseng soup) restaurant in Yongsan-gu with over 20 years of history. A young spring chicken is stuffed with sweet rice, dates, chestnuts, ginkgo nuts and a whole ginseng root. The meat comes off the bone easily. The broth is topped with spring onions, sunflower seeds and black sesame seeds.
