About this place

Seoul Forest, directly connected to Seoul Forest Station, is a 1.5 million square meter park on former royal hunting grounds where visitors can feed deer and rabbits, watch the deer corral from a raised skywalk and walk through a butterfly greenhouse. Entry is free. The park has five zones, with Mirror Lake, splash fountains, insect gardens and themed gardens of cherry blossoms in spring and ginkgo in autumn, plus metasequoia-lined paths and wide lawns. Bikes are for rent, cafes such as BimBom face the forest, and a footbridge leads to the Han River.
