Seoseo Udon

Seoseo Udon is an old-school snack shop inside Seowon Market, near Chungnyeolsa Station in Dongnae-gu, Busan. Its best-known dish is chewy udon noodles tossed in a sweet and savory tteokbokki sauce. The rice cakes come fresh from a local mill and are soft and stretchy, and the Busan-style sauce is sweet and slightly spicy. Sundae (Korean blood sausage) and kimbap are on the menu too, for dipping in the same sauce.
