Mitgeoreum

Mitgeoreum (base or foundation) is a Korean dining bar near Isu Station. The menu puts creative twists on Korean food, with dishes such as grilled octopus, potato pancakes, and golbaengi (whelk) noodles with tomato gochujang. The owner tells the story behind each dish and suggests traditional Korean liquor to match. Seating is at the bar, food comes on handmade tableware, and there are complimentary treats.
