Doldam

Doldam is a cocktail bar in Isu where the owner tends the bar and makes original cocktails. It runs an unlimited cocktail system, with drinks between non-alcoholic and 20% ABV. The bartender suggests drinks, explains the idea and flavor behind each one, and makes small talk with guests who come alone. Blankets come out on chilly nights.
