Ari Gyegok

Ari Gyegok (Ari Valley) is a traditional Korean pub in Yeoksam-dong near Gangnam Station, decorated like a mountain stream with waterfalls, valley streams and nature sounds. Even the call button croaks like a frog. The menu has baeksuk (whole chicken soup), grilled smoked duck wrapped in crispy pancakes with fresh vegetables, dakjeongol (spicy chicken hot pot) to go with soju, black sesame cucumber salad and sweet potato desserts. Portions are generous and prices are low.
